Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and charismatic Beauty Expert to join our team. As a key member of our BrowBar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert brow styling and makeup advice, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver expert brow styling and makeup advice to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for beauty and customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll also need to be confident in your ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
