Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Beauty Expert to join our team. As a Beauty Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to our customers, including eyebrow styling, makeup lessons, and appointments. You'll be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about our products, and determined to win repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Provide expert advice on eyebrow styling and makeup techniques
  • Make connections with customers and build relationships to drive sales and repeat business
  • Support in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and adhere to company standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be passionate about beauty and makeup, and have a keen eye for detail. You'll also be confident in working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask to meet sales targets.
