Temporary Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our dynamic team as a Temporary Administrator. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of people and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the organization
  • Handle incoming calls and accurately record appointments onto the database system
  • Deal with client queries in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Coordinate the postage of products to clients, ensuring timely delivery
Contract Details:
  • Contract Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks)
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am-5pm
  • Pay: £12 per hour
  • Location: Birkenhead
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and databases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
