National Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and develop strategic partnerships with key clients. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales budgets, leading a high-performing sales team, and contributing to the company's future direction.

About the Role:
  • Develop and manage sales strategies to drive business growth and expand existing relationships
  • Lead a team of internal and external sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. A familiarity with medical training and simulation products is an asset.

Salary:

$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
