About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Assistant to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of our Savings pricing and performance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our savings products.

Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting and analyzing competitor and internal data to monitor and track the Society's savings performance. You will use your expertise and insight to support in writing product papers and producing high-quality MI reports. Working closely with the Product Manager and Senior Product Assistant, you will maintain the savings portfolio and support the ongoing development of product strategy and launches.

You will be the point of contact for the wider business on any product and performance-related queries. Additionally, you will work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth and accurate implementation of product rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze competitor and internal data to monitor and track the Society's savings performance
  • Support in writing product papers and producing high-quality MI reports
  • Maintain the savings portfolio and support the ongoing development of product strategy and launches
  • Be the point of contact for the wider business on any product and performance-related queries
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth and accurate implementation of product rotations
About You

To be successful, you will have product management experience from a regulated environment, preferably in financial services. You will have a data background with a proven ability to present insight effectively in both team meetings and webinars, as well as exceptional Excel skills.
