Job Title: Assistant Director

Are you passionate about Product Management and eager to contribute to an international organization's product development across a diverse portfolio?

We're seeking an Assistant Director to support our current Product Manager in bolstering our team and addressing our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop a product positioning plan, ensuring a seamless product lifecycle from launch to conclusion.
  • Monitor product development budgets and provide financial insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the planning, development, and marketing of products within the portfolio, creating engaging sales support materials and training resources.
  • Maintain the products database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information for the management team.
  • Continuously monitor market needs, customer requirements, and competitor products/services, providing data-driven recommendations to inform product development.
  • Develop comprehensive competition analyses for marketing purposes, leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with data manipulation and interpretation is essential, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An electronic engineering or software engineering qualification is a plus, as is a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical field, with an MBA being a significant advantage.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in Product Management in an electronics environment, with strong relationship management, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
