Job Title: Training and Development Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training and Development Administrator. This is a temp to perm opportunity for a leading global manufacturer in the Deeside area.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to the Training & Development department, managing databases, coordinating trainee courses, and supporting audits. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft packages and SAP, with previous experience in an admin role being essential.

Payscale: £28,000 (based on hourly rate while temporary)

Location: Deeside

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Training & Development department.
  2. Manage databases for training, including employee records and course lists.
  3. Coordinate trainee courses and assessments.
  4. Support audits, both internal and external.
  5. Support the employee onboarding process and HSE Compliance.
