Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Support Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our Service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our residential projects in Aberystwyth.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to staff and service users, helping us to achieve our main aims and objectives. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards, while also promoting independence and sustainability among our clients.

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive work environment that values your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Service Manager to manage day-to-day operations
  • Provide exceptional support to staff and service users
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our main aims and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of our services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients
