About the Role

We are recruiting for a Training & Development Administrator to work within our client's HR department in Deeside. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing admin support to the Training & Development team, managing training databases, and coordinating trainee courses and assessments.

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 per annum, paid hourly whilst temporary with HR GO Recruitment. This is a Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm role with no remote working options available.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Training & Development department
  • Managing databases for training, including employee records and course lists
  • Coordinating trainee courses and assessments
  • Providing support for audits, both internal and external
  • Supporting the employee onboarding process and HSE Compliance

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an admin role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised in a team-based environment.
