Financial Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to collaborate with our Financial Advisers in Wokingham. This full-time office-based position involves assisting in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports in line with company policy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and collating client information and data in accordance with 'know your client' principles and company policy.
  • Working with Financial Advisers to discuss client objectives and compile financial reports.
  • Assisting in identifying areas for planning and sourcing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Preparing suitability letters and reports for approval by Financial Advisers.
  • Providing administrative support with tasks such as new business processing and income matching.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process.
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Good report writing skills.

Experience in maintaining good working relationships in a financial advice service environment is desirable.
