Manufacturing Site Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of activities, including material preparation, dispatch, Health and Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Administration. You will work closely with our Engineering/Technical Manager to improve machine equipment safety, utilization, and efficiencies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar position, with strong hands-on management skills and excellent time management and organization abilities. You will also require ERP knowledge, QA process knowledge, Health and Safety knowledge, and high-level computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure efficiency and safety
- Lead and develop direct reports to achieve operational excellence
- Collaborate with Engineering/Technical Manager to enhance machine equipment performance
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
