Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Leicestershire - Office Based

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

About the Role

As an Account Manager at In Technology Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities
  1. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  2. You will understand client needs and objectives, offering strategic advice and solutions tailored to their goals.
  3. You will ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  4. You will identify and grow opportunities within accounts, collaborating with the Sales team to ensure growth attainment.
  5. You will prepare regular reports on account status and present updates to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or other relevant role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
