About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Video Producer to join our team at ImageNova. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-quality video content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement video production strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Lead a team of editors, camera operators, and production staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of video content.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their video needs and develop concepts that meet their goals.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective video production.
  • Review and edit video content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video production processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong producing and editing portfolio with a clear understanding of high-quality video production.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience with video editing software and equipment, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel as needed.
