Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production team in the development and execution of video content, ensuring high-quality output and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored video solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate production shoots, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Oversee the editing process, ensuring that all video content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our video production processes and techniques.

Requirements

  • Strong producing and editing portfolio, with a clear understanding of high-quality video production.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven experience in video production, with a strong understanding of production processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license, with the ability to travel as required.
