We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Video Producer to join our team at ImageNova. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-quality video content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production team in the development and execution of video content, ensuring high-quality output and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their video content needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and oversee the production process, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our video content is innovative and engaging.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong producing and editing portfolio, with a clear understanding of high-quality video content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Proven experience in video production, with a strong understanding of the production process and industry best practices.
