About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the verification experience of established Sellers in the EU. As a champion of Seller Experience, you will dive-deep into data and anecdotes to understand Seller needs and develop a roadmap to improve the Seller Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a long-term vision and operational plan for the Selling Partner Verification Experience.
  • Lead multiple international stakeholders, including business, operations, policy, product, tech, and compliance teams up to Senior Management level.
  • Measure Improvements and impact of changes, setting-up mechanisms to audit, identify opportunities, and perform necessary course corrections where needed.
  • Dive deep into existing SOPs, and leverage data and anecdotes to generate insights in Selling Partners' needs.
  • Translate Selling Partners insights into Product Requirements and work with WW Product teams to make sure EU Selling Partners' needs are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
