About the Role

As a Property Valuer at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for marketing properties to the highest standards, building relationships with clients, and generating new and repeat business. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales techniques
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market and complete contracts on properties
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and conduct door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an estate agent or in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
