About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Newport. As a Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in our agency's success by providing exceptional client service, conducting market analysis, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
  • Focus on marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and door knock to promote properties
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent looking to advance their career
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
