About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team at Spicerhaart, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure new instructions and repeat business
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market and complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and conduct door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work under own initiative and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
