About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team at Spicerhaart, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills, including creating engaging brochures and photos
  • Complete contracts on properties and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Canvass the local area, door knock, and leaflet drop to promote properties

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage multiple tasks
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
