- Collaborate with the HOPS - Homeless Outreach Partnership Service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, including adult and child protection.
