About the Role

As an Outreach Worker with Forward Leeds, you will be part of a dedicated team providing housing support and street outreach services to individuals in need. Your primary goal will be to help clients achieve sustained housing recovery and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a comprehensive support package to clients, including assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the HOPS - Homeless Outreach Partnership Service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, including adult and child protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
