Care and Treatment Review Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate our Dynamic Support Register and Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews within the Bradford district, specifically, children with a learning disability and/or autism.
About the RoleThe post holder will hold the Care, Education and Treatment (CETR) register for Bradford District Care Foundation Trust. They will arrange and coordinate CETRs in Bradford (Children's Services), alongside the Transforming Care Coordinator.
They will coordinate Dynamic Support Register (DSR) and chair the meetings. They will provide education and training around CETRs and DSR for adult services within BDCFT.
The post holder will also provide data and information to meet national reporting requirements and in support of the Transforming Care Partnership Board via a monthly CETR report.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate CETRs in Bradford (Children's Services) alongside the Transforming Care Coordinator.
- Coordinate Dynamic Support Register (DSR) and chair the meetings.
- Provide education and training around CETRs and DSR for adult services within BDCFT.
- Provide data and information to meet national reporting requirements and in support of the Transforming Care Partnership Board via a monthly CETR report.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Evidence of education at degree level.
- Experience in health/social care around DSR and CTR.
- Learning disability/mental health or social care experience around CTR/DSR.
- Significant experience in specialist area.
- Detailed knowledge of mental health legislation and other relevant policy and statutory guidance.
