Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Team Leader to join our District EIP service in Bradford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialist mental health professionals and working closely with the senior management team to shape and guide care to best fit our communities.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a senior care coordinator role with adults, young people, and/or children with serious mental health problems. They will also have knowledge of the Legislation surrounding mental health and vulnerable adults.

Key Requirements

  • Professional qualification in mental health nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or clinical psychology.
  • Commitment to undertaking PSI (or equivalent) training to degree/diploma standard.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the full range of professional groups in mental health.
