Job Overview:

The Shaw Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead its Supported Internship programme for young people with disabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and contribute to the organisation's mission of empowering disabled people.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering high-quality internships that meet individual needs and goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers, schools, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About You:
  • NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Careers Education and Guidance, Youth and Community Work, or Social Care.
  • Significant experience in SEND provision, including internships and employability programmes.
