Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure optimal results from our services.
  2. Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand our platform, workflows, and outreach strategies.
  3. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  4. Work closely with clients to help them maximize their LinkedIn ROI and optimize outreach efforts.
About the Role:

You'll be passionate about customer success and eager to help businesses grow through strategic LinkedIn outreach. Your expertise in customer success, automation, or lead generations will drive results.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  2. 1 to 4 Years of Customer Success Experience.
  3. Top-Notch Communication Skills.
  4. Multitasking Ability.
  5. Knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  6. Zapier Integration Skills.
  7. Familiarity with the European market and outreach strategies.
