We are committed to providing high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs (SEN). Our Inclusive Learning Assistant will play a key role in achieving this vision by providing tailored support and creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN, promoting their emotional well-being and confidence.
  • Assist in lesson delivery, resource preparation, and classroom organization, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues.
Requirements
  • £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with children of varying abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
