As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work closely with our care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, and innovative environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Your Responsibilities- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, identifying any changes that may impact their care and ensuring that new needs are met.
- Be involved in person-centred care planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating monthly evaluations.
- Support residents with their medication requirements.
- Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development where required.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors, ensuring that reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
To be successful in this role, you must live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
You should have:
- An NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Two years' experience working in a similar care environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

This role requires a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK. The salary for this position is approximately £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
