You will work as part of the Foundation Learning Provision providing professional and efficient administration to the Director of SEND and Student Experience.
**Your duties

You will:

- track and record student absence.
- organise key meetings involving college staff, students and parents.
- support the organisation of core college events.
- provide a key point of contact for both internal and external customers.
- Prepare paperwork and send out invites for EHCP reviews
- produce letters to parents and other communications.

- Experience of working in a similar role
- Experience of working in a professional, customer-focused office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use the range of Microsoft packages
