Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Talent Development Partner to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-impact sales development programs that support an effective and motivated sales force.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales training programs that meet the needs of our sales team, including creating and maintaining a comprehensive sales academy.
- Partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sales employees to design, develop, and communicate sales career pathways.
- Manage the sales performance development process, including setting training objectives, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales operations to ensure data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales leaders, business development executives, and account managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong capability in learning and performance needs assessment.
- Skilled in instructional design and facilitation.
- Proficient with learning technology innovation and integration.
- Ability to build and measure learning or performance evaluations and analyze data.
