Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Talent Development Partner to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-impact sales development programs that support an effective and motivated sales force.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales training programs that meet the needs of our sales team, including creating and maintaining a comprehensive sales academy.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sales employees to design, develop, and communicate sales career pathways.
  3. Manage the sales performance development process, including setting training objectives, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with sales operations to ensure data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales leaders, business development executives, and account managers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Strong capability in learning and performance needs assessment.
  2. Skilled in instructional design and facilitation.
  3. Proficient with learning technology innovation and integration.
  4. Ability to build and measure learning or performance evaluations and analyze data.
