Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to parents, carers, and multi-agency partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enquiries.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and overseeing the efficient response to requests for advice and information, tracking responses to ensure timely resolution, and providing guidance on current SEN legislation and its application within the Kent context.
This is a customer-facing position, requiring a strong understanding of Kent’s SEND service and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
A basic disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring Service is required for this post.
