"The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver world-class customer experience in a 'sales through service' environment, overseeing all team member interactions and performance, and collaborating with senior leaders to implement operational improvements. The salary package includes a basic salary of £32,250 per annum and an OTE of £8,000 per annum, with benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and company events.
