Deputy Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at CrossReach, a leading provider of high-quality social care services in Scotland.
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of our Residential Care Home, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is consistently delivered to meet the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service Manager in leading the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services
- Assist with the development and implementation of care plans and policies
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of care staff
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services or Health Care
- Experience at a senior care level
- Strong understanding of the needs of older people
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
