Deputy Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service Manager and leading the care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations and provide cover when necessary
- Lead the care team to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient care service is delivered
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellent care and support
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Experience at a senior care level, preferably in a residential care setting
- Hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services or Health Care, with a strong understanding of the needs of older adults
- Desirable: SVQ Level 4 in Social Services and Health Care, or working towards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Strong understanding of care policies and procedures, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards
