We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service
- Lead the care team and ensure a safe, effective, and efficient care service is consistently delivered
- Supervise and develop the skills of care staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services or Health Care
- Experience at a senior care level
- Strong understanding of the needs of older adults
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
