We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

• Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service, stepping in when necessary.
• Lead the care team, ensuring a safe, effective, and efficient care service is consistently delivered.
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Experience at a senior care level, with a strong understanding of the needs of older people.
• Hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services or Health Care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, friendly, and empathetic approach, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care.
