As an EMEA Regional Legal Director, you will play a critical role in developing our next generation technology agreements and customer and channel partner programs to scale across the entire Palo Alto Networks platform.

With a strong background in commercial law and a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of legal matters, including complex commercial transactions, data protection/privacy requirements, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The estimated salary for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. If you have a passion for innovation, a drive to succeed, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal processes;
  • Providing expert advice on complex commercial transactions, data protection/privacy requirements, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming legislation and regulatory requirements, including those relating to artificial intelligence, financial services sector, and critical infrastructure.
