
EMEA Payroll Management Specialist

Hays Senior Finance is seeking an EMEA Payroll Management Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations across EMEA, including the UK and international locations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll rules and regulations. They will also have advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also have access to benefits such as pension scheme, life insurance, and employee assistance program.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with managed service payroll providers to manage pay, maintain compliance, and deliver excellent service. You will also be responsible for leading all aspects of both UK and international payroll processing, ensuring flawless and timely payroll for approximately 1,800 UK and 30 international employees.
