EMEA Financial Controller

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled EMEA Financial Controller to drive financial performance across European assets. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, commercial finance expertise, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing monthly management reporting for portfolio
- Ownership and review of financial accounting work for the portfolio
- Budget appraisal & business partnering
- Business partnering with divisional heads of department
- Analysis of all financial information from the portfolio and operations
The salary for this position is estimated at £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a flexible hybrid model.
Requirements:- Qualified accountant with experience working in industry
- Commercial finance experience, particularly in renewable energy
- Strong leadership and people management skills
