About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Transformation Consultant to join our team in London, Manchester or Glasgow. As a key member of our Clinical Development practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client relationships.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading clinical trial transformations within large Pharma companies, with a deep understanding of technology and data landscapes within Clinical Development.

  • You will be responsible for managing technology implementation projects, particularly Clinical Solutions such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and related tools.
  • With your expertise, you will help clients reach their business objectives and accelerate delivery of life-saving medicines to patients.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in leading clinical domain transformations, including project management, team leadership, and coaching.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex transformations, with a clear view and knowledge of clinical data standards.
  • A comprehensive understanding of clinical research processes, biostatistical environment, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP) governing clinical trials.
