Job Title: Transformation Unit Staff Nurse Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to take on new challenges and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, evaluate, and deliver patient care in a caring and compassionate manner
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, including pre-registration students

Requirements:

  • Degree-level 6 qualification or equivalent
  • Registration as a First-Level nurse with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum
