About the Job

The Transformation Unit is excited to offer the opportunity to join our team as a Transformation Lead in Perinatal Care. This role will play a critical part in transforming maternity services in Greater Manchester, focusing on improving safety, quality, and patient experience.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with a passion for driving transformational change. The successful candidate will lead our perinatal care transformation program, working closely with local providers to implement evidence-based practices and improve patient outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the perinatal care transformation program
  • Collaborating with local providers to implement evidence-based practices
  • Providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with national standards
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient experience and outcomes
