Work as an autonomous Perinatal Practitioner with a defined caseload, ensuring the ongoing assessment of women/birthing people within the service and providing a range of needs-led interventions and care. To aid the identification and treatment for the mental health needs of pregnant women/birthing people and those with infants up to one year old. To work in collaboration with both colleagues from Adult Mental Health services and staff from other perinatal services. To work collaboratively, Specialist Midwifery, Children and families services, Early attachment services Perinatal IAPT and VCSE across Greater Manchester.
