We're a dynamic fashion brand seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Resell Customer Experience Manager.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage our online presence on Depop and Vinted, ensuring seamless delivery to our customers and maintaining flawless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our online communities on Depop and Vinted.
- Manage company resell accounts, including model photography and self-shooting content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and sample management.
- Monitor and update stock inventory, manage shipping associated with depop sales, and complete weekly sales reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their marketing potential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
