About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Bright Horizons Enfield Hilly Fields Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education to our children, while also contributing to the overall success of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
  • Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the growth and development of the nursery.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their child's journey with us.
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the nursery, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
