About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Nairn House Care Home. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
  • Collaborate with your team to create and update individual care plans for our residents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medication records.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our care team, fostering a sense of community and promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK NMC pin and commit to ongoing professional development.
  • Understand the importance of quality nursing care and its impact on residents' lives.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
