Job Overview

As a member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment, contributing to the development and implementation of personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to resident's needs and goals
  • Provide regular updates to resident's families and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Support Worker within mental health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of mental health-related illnesses and interventions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid DBS check and registration with relevant professional bodies

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including:
