  • Collaborating with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment

Preferred skills and experience include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working in a care setting, preferably with the elderly
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized with a strong sense of teamwork
