Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a High Intensity Therapist to join our team. As a trainee, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop your skills and knowledge in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). You will be responsible for providing high-intensity interventions to clients with complex problems, while also attending training sessions at Royal Holloway University.

You will work under the supervision of our Clinical Team Leads, who will support you in formulating and implementing effective therapy programs for clients. Your duties will include:

  • Formulating, implementing, and evaluating therapy programs for clients;
  • Adhering to an agreed activity contract relating to client contacts and clinical sessions;
  • Attending and fulfilling all training requirements;
  • Applying learning from the training program in practice;
  • Receiving supervision from educational providers.

The ideal candidate will have a recorded/registered qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy, or within a psychological therapy. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,939 - £50,697 per annum, inclusive of Outer London HCAS, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
