We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Safeguarding team at Achieving for Children, where you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families.
The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience of working within the UK Social Care industry, with a strong understanding of the PLO (Public Law Outline) and its application in practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and writing clear, concise reports
- Working closely with multi-agency teams to identify and mitigate risks to children's safety and wellbeing
- Managing a caseload of complex cases, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely interventions
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
