Spectra seeks an experienced, reliable, talking/creative therapist to deliver counselling for LGBTQ+ young people in partnership with P3.

**Job Description:**

  • Possess relevant recognised qualifications in the field of therapy, counselling/therapy and be an accredited or registered member of a professional body.
  • Deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions in-person and identify under the broad umbrella of LGBTQ+
  • Support the service in ensuring high quality and consistent delivery in line with KPIs and outcome frameworks.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant qualifications in therapy, counselling/therapy and registration with a professional body.
  • Deliver therapy sessions for LGBTQ+ individuals.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure excellent delivery and adherence to organisational standards.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary estimated at £18,700 (pro rata) per annum.
  • Pension contribution.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata).
